After applying to fourth and third quarter taxes, any remaining credit will be refunded to the petitioner or the attorney who represented the petitioner.Īn adjustment will also be reflected on the first and second quarters for the following year on the same tax bill. If the adjustment is greater than the fourth quarter tax bill, the remainder is applied to any balance remaining from the third quarter. The adjustment to the tax bill is applied first to the fourth quarter taxes.
